Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment?
No - walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. Booking online simply shortens your wait and lets you prepare any fasting requirements in advance.
How do I get my results?
Released results are available in the patient portal - log in with your email and a one-time code, then download or print them. Printed copies are also available at the clinic.
Which tests require fasting?
Tests such as Fasting Blood Sugar and Lipid Profile usually require 8-12 hours of fasting. We recommend a morning slot for these.
Do you accept HMOs and company accounts?
Yes. We accept major HMOs and handle corporate / pre-employment (APE) accounts. Please bring your HMO card or letter of authorization.
How do I pay?
Payment is made at the clinic cashier (cash). Online payment options are coming soon.
